Tech Usage

If you have questions or need help troubleshooting, the Tech Center located on the ground floor of Van Pelt Library provides assistance to Penn students with technical issues. 

In the Weigle Information Commons, there are various hardware and software systems to navigate. Here you will find detailed instructions on how to use them.

Group Study Rooms

  • Connecting your laptop to the PC Monitor: 

Group study rooms 117-120 each have a PC and a VGA cable. To connect your own laptop, see these instructions

  • Video Recording:

  • Photo Booth for taking a photo or a video:

  • Making Video Calls Using Skype: 

The group study rooms each have Skype downloaded for video calling. See the Video Calling Instructions for detailed guidelines on how to use it.
