George Clapp Vaillant Book Fund

Established in 2007 through an estate gift of Ms. Ethel Van Roden, this fund supports acquisitions in all disciplines. Although not herself a Penn graduate, Ms. Van Roden clearly felt a bequest to Penn Libraries would honor and memorialize the life of her friend, Mr. Albert E. Visk, a 1928 graduate of the Wharton School of Business.

Multidisciplinary endowment funds are particularly helpful, as they allow Penn Libraries to acquire resources in the areas of greatest need.
