David Milne Fund

This fund was established in 1927 for the purchase materials on the literature and history of Scotland.

Penn students heading for one of Penn's study-abroad program in Scotland can find background reading in the Penn Library thanks to this resource, which has been providing materials on Scotland for the Penn community for almost eight decades.
